Attorney Charles D. Elliott is a native of Pineville and proud of his Louisiana heritage. Since beginning his law practice in 1993, he’s been passionate about serving residents of Alexandria and central Louisiana.

His practice, Charles Elliott & Associates, helps people resolve legal malpractice, medical malpractice, personal injury and other legal issues. He’s also committed to preserving the legacies of local residents by assisting them in setting up trusts and estate plans.

Elliott, volunteers his time by serving on the board of The Salvation Army, is the president of the Central Louisiana Pro Bono Association and is actively involved in his church. In addition, he is the author of the Louisiana Judicial Interest Calculator, which is used by many lawyers in the state and can be found on the Louisiana State Bar Association’s website.

While he can be a fierce litigator, Charles D. Elliott is also a certified mediator and a member of the LSBA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and the Louisiana Mediator Registry. He works hard to keep discussions civil and help parties work together, even during disputes.
