Biography
Charles started his educational career with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Math Education. After teaching school for a year, he completed a Master's Degree in System Schence / Computer Science at LSU in Baton Rouge. He worked for a semiconductor manufacturer before returning to LSU. There he obtained a JD (law) degree, and graduated with honors. He was appointed to the Louisiana Law Review as a Senior Editor, and finished Order of the Coif (top 10%). He has been involved in a number of civic organizations over the years (Loin's Club, Salvation Army Board, Rotary Club of Pineville). He has also provided years of service for the Central Louisiana Pro Bono organization.
